About the event

ARFID Parent Support Group: Connection, Strategies & Support

Parenting a child with Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) can feel overwhelming, isolating, and exhausting. Navigating mealtimes, coordinating care, finding effective strategies, and managing the emotional demands of feeding challenges can be difficult for the entire family.

You don’t have to navigate this journey alone!

Join us for a supportive space where parents and caregivers can connect with others who understand the unique challenges of raising a child with ARFID. These groups are designed to foster community, share practical strategies, build connections with treatment providers and resources, and help parents prioritize their own well-being along the way.

Topics will include:

  • Supporting the Parent Community: Connect with other parents, share experiences, and find encouragement among families who understand.
